Gratitude
Engaging in gratitude practices re-focuses your energy on the positives in life, distracts from the negative stressors and makes the mind healthier.
Start or end your day with a gratitude list. Try out just writing one thing every day (or as often as you can) in a journal, on a white board, or just a sticky note to remind yourself of the positive
Write 'thank you' notes to people you care about, even if it's something they do all the time
Make time to meditate often
