I. GENERAL

In our conversations, we will treat eachother with respect.

Our messages will stay on a certain social platform to keep an organized flow. (Email, Instagram, ect.)

We will community clearly with proper grammar when needed, with proper punctuation and no run on sentences or paragraphs.

If you treat me rudely or without respect, if not corrected; I will cancel your commission, refund you, and block you from from further purchases.

Prices are determined by me before I begin working on your commission.

I will update you often within the week/month, and I will alert you if I have to delay your piece.

If you have any questions during our conversation, don't be afraid to ask! :)

II. PAYMENT

Payment is required 24 hours after we have FULLY communicated the details of the piece.

I accept payments ONLY BEFORE I start your commission. You can pay 100% upfront or 50% before and 50% when I have finished the piece.

I accept payment through Paypal, Venmo, Cash/Check (if possible.)

III. REVISIONS

You are allowed a maximum of 2 revisions.

If you want to go above this limit, and/or want a revision of a previously made correction, a $20 fee will be added on each time.

VI. PROCESS

When contacting me about your commission, please include reference images so I can understand what you want to the best of my ability.

I will send you progress updates of the sketch, halfway mark, and then the final product.

The final image will be sent as a PNG in 300 DPI. Please request a certain pixel size or general sizing in inches before I begin your commission.

If a physical print is desired, it may be arranged to have the work printed and shipped to you. There will be additional costs depending on the size and location that it is being sent.

V. REFUND

Refunds can only be arranged if you are not satisfied in the sketch update. I will NOT refund you if I have sent you the finished piece.

If I am not able to finish your piece due to an issue, you will receive a full refund.

I am fully accountable for sending a refund to you directly, if the condition meets the following requirements.

If there are any issues with the refund process, messages will be used to show proper context to the situation.

VI. RIGHTS

I (The Artist):

I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.

I have the ownership and copyright over all of my works.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commission.

I will NOT resell the commissioned artwork or make additional profit off of it without the client's permission.

I have the right to promote and share the commissioned work or use the piece in my portfolio.

The commercial rights may be bought, but will be arranged with additional costs and terms.

You (The Client):

You retain the rights to the intellectual property of your commission.

You may upload the artwork on any website or social platform with proper credits to me as the artist.

You may NOT alter the artwork's appearance without permission from me.

You may NOT make profits off of the work, sell prints, or redistribute it in any way without buying the commercial rights.
