Ingredients
Crispy layer
Wafer 120g
Crackers 50g (about 6 pcs)
Dark choc (100%) 90g
Raisin 50g
Dried cranberries 50g
Chocolate coating
Milk chocolate (50%) 100g
Dark chocolate (100%) 45g
Mould
19 x 19 cm mould
Methods
1. Melt dark chocolate for the crispy layer
2. Add wafer, crackers, raisin and dried fruits into melted chocolate
3. Put the crispy layer mixture in the mould and flatten
4. Melt milk choc and dark choc (2:1) and pour on the flattened crispy layer
5. Put on preferred toppings and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours
