Ingredients
(25 – 30 biscuits)
250g wholemeal flour
3 tbsp (45g) Sugar
½ tsp baking powder
A bit salt
120g vegan butter
5 tbsp plant milk
Methods
1. Mix dry ingredients (wholemeal flour 250g, baking powder 1/2 tsp, sugar 3 tbsp, salt a bit)
2. Wrap butter into flour. Mixed to fine.
3. Add milk gradually. Gently press and form a dough
4. Roll out to 0.3 cm thick. Cut into small round biscuits.
5. Bake 20 mins at 180 Celsius
Note
1. Operate in a LOW TEMPERATURE place
2. Be GENTLE when making the dough to reduce the gluten formation
3. Make cookies IMMEDIATELY after you make the dough
4. SPREAD FLOUR when rolling out the dough or operate on a non-stick worktop
5. Cut small round biscuits by ROTATING the mold
6. Baking TEMPERATURE DIFFERS on thickness, oven power and flour. Observe the status of cookies carefully.
