Ingredients
Glutinous rice 300g
Methods
1. Soak glutinous rice overnight (at least 4 hours)
2. Blend rice with water for 6 mins
3. Drain out water
4. Cook 1/10 of the dried rice, add it back to the dried rice and knead it to a dough
5. Shape the dough to a long stick, and then roll into balls. Freeze for an hour and store in a bag or box
