Employment Drug Testing
Please call and make an appointment for your drug screening.
Bring the following information with you when visiting our collection site for an employment drug test:
Drug Testing Order
LabCorp chain of custody form or the laboratory testing request form from a health care professional
Photo ID (e.g., driver's license, employee identification badge)
Testing Offered:
Urine Lab Drug Test- 12 panel.
Oral Fluid Drug Testing- 9 panel + Oxy.
*Donor is to refrain from consumption of food or beverages for 10 minutes prior to oral fluid specimen collection.
- The employer or health care professional will determine which testing method will be performed.
- All drug tests are collected on site then sent out to LabCorp for testing. No drug testing is performed same day on site.
- Results for specimens that screen negative for all drugs are generally available within 24-36 hours after specimens are received at the laboratory. Results for confirmation testing of presumptive positive screens are usually available within an additional 72 hours.
Price of Drug Testing:
$40- This price is for either urine or oral fluid.
