X-ray Fluorescence Analyzers

X-ray Fluorescence Analyzers [XRF]

High performance energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) analysis with unique capabilities. The patented XGT (X-Ray Guide Tube) technology combines traditional X-ray fluorescence methodology with small spot analysis. High intensity X-ray beams with diameters ranging from 3 mm down to a unique 10 µm offer versatile analysis capabilities to our X-ray fluorescence analyzers. Full qualitative and quantitative elemental analysis is possible, even on individual microscopic particles, whilst mapping analysis provides detailed element distribution images.

Out standing performance:

  1. Speed and flexibility

  2. High resolution cameras and multiple illumination modes to help capture images.

  3. Dual types of detectors for transmission and fluorescent X-rays

  4. Detectable element range down to carbon with a light element detector

  5. Wide variety of samples from micro-size fragments, printed circuit boards, coins, sheet, powder, liquid, wafers

  6. Software - single spot analysis, multiple spot analysis, line analysis, and map imaging.
