Gas Generator - FDGSi
F-DGSi
ONE STEP AHEAD ON GAS GENERATORS
The world leader in the innovation of gas generators (Hydrogen, Air Zero, Nitrogen) meeting the needs of different analytical instruments such as LC-MS, GC, GC-MS and other applications used in laboratories around the world.
Why a gas generator?
Convenient: No cylinder changes
Purity: The gas purity is constant - no need to add extra gas filters
Economical: No gas contract administration, low and stable ongoing gas cost
Safety: Removes the risk of leaks, need for long gas lines from cylinders
Efficient: Can be located either on the bench or on the floor next to your GC instrument
Green: No repeated gas deliveries, energy efficient

AIR GENERATORS
Zero Air
The oil-free compressor delivers air through a high efficiency coalescing inlet filter to trap moisture that could damage the system.
The air exiting the filter enters a high-temperature platinum catalyst that oxidizes hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide to < 0.05 ppm. This reduces the background noise and increases the sensitivity of your analyses. Then, an output particle filter is used to prevent any type of particles from entering the analytical instrument.
Ultra Zero Air
The Ultra Zero Air Gas Generator uses adsorption technology (PSA) and a palladium catalyst to produce ultra zero air.
The gas generator is designed to take compressed air at 8 bar (116 psi) from an integrated or non-integrated oil-free air compressor.
This compressed air stream is pre-filtered and then passed over the alumina bed currently in purification mode to remove moisture. The outgoing air enters a high-temperature platinum catalyst that oxidizes hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide to < 0.05 ppm.
