We will take into account the SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) called Good health and good being. The SDG Agenda for Sustainable Development by all United Nation Members States in 2015 provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet. There are 17 different SDGs and we have decided the one referred to as Good Health and Good Being, as it promotes a healthy lifestyle and preventing measures, such as, universal access to sexual and reproductive care and achieve universal health coverage. We will especially work on the topic of mental health and for our students, the emotions. Our students are in the 3rd grade of Primary Education. They have 7 or 8 years, due to this, the emotions that we are going to work with are sadness, anger, preoccupation and calm. Also we will work with the illness anxiety. We believe it is important to work with this topic, as nowadays more and more children and adults are having mental illnesses related to their emotions and stress, so it is important to teach our students how they feel different emotions and how they can relax in those cases.
