The Integra Program is a holistic wellbeing program that combines training, healthy habits, nutrition guidance, and emotional wellbeing to help you build a healthy routine you can maintain over time.
All three options cover the same areas: training, healthy habits, nutrition guidance, and emotional wellbeing. The main difference is the frequency of training and support.
It depends on your current needs, availability, and the level of support you're looking for. If you're not sure which option to choose, we can help you find the best fit before you get started.
No. Training is tailored to your current fitness level, needs, and abilities. You don't need to be in shape to get started.
Yes. During menopause, exercise and healthy habits can help manage some of the changes and symptoms associated with this stage of life. Integra adapts to your needs, incorporating strength training, mobility, healthy habits, and emotional wellbeing.
Training combines strength, mobility, agility, and overall fitness, tailored to each person's fitness level and individual needs.
It depends on the type of session and the schedule you choose.
Training sessions can be held in groups of up to 3 people. We aim to group participants with similar fitness levels and preferences so that each session can be tailored to everyone's needs. If no one else is scheduled for your chosen time, your training session will be individual.
Nutrition guidance can be provided individually or shared with another person who is at a similar stage of the program.
Emotional wellbeing sessions are always individual to ensure a private and confidential space.
It's an opportunity to receive guidance on improving your eating habits in a practical and sustainable way, without rigid diets or extreme changes. We also explore what may be behind your food choices, including patterns, emotions, and beliefs that can influence the way you eat.
These sessions provide a space to explore how your habits, motivation, personal relationships, and self-care affect your emotional wellbeing—and how your emotional wellbeing, in turn, can influence these areas of your life.
