A distinctive education. An empowering environment. Limitless opportunities to lead. A bold future. This is what awaits you at Brescia University College. Will you choose to lead?
EMPOWERED.
That's how Brescia will make you feel. From your first day on campus, you'll feel a groundswell of support. It won't come in the way of hand-holding- you don't need that - but it will come in the way you're asked: what do you think? What would you do? What are your dreams? How can I help? At Brescia, you'll discover and embrace - your own brand of bold.
Brescia students have an experience like no other. Our personalized approach extends beyond the classroom to offer dedicated support service with staff who know you by name. Your Academic Advisors, Financial Aid Officer, Librarians, Career Peers and Wellness Educator are all here to help you succeed and have the best experience possible.
The care Brescia takes of our students begins before you even arrive on campus – through summer orientation, International Bridging Program and at Brescia’s and Western’s famous “O week”.
Clare Hall, Brescia’s luxury residence is Canada’s premier residence and award-winning living space. With guaranteed single rooms that include queen sized beds, our students appreciate the privacy they are offered while still being able to connect easily with their RA and floor mates at community events and social evenings.
The Mercato, Brescia’s well-known dining pavilion is connected to residence and is run by a Red Seal Chef—our students can get all their favourite meals while never having to leave the building.
Brescia was founded in 1919 by the Ursuline Sisters of Chatham, strong women of faith committed to social justice, community service and the development of women. While our roots are in the Catholic faith, we are open to, and embrace, women of all faiths and backgrounds.
Brescia values our students’ unique experiences and appreciates diversity on campus. Since our inception, diversity has been an important part of Brescia’s community and continues to welcome and celebrate students from all backgrounds and faiths—from locations across the world.
When you look back at your Brescia experience, it will not only be defined by what you learned from your professors, but the experiences you had beyond the classroom. Choose to discover our wide range of programs and tailor your degree to your personal interests.
