Are you familiar with Schrodinger's cat? Until you decide what happens, everything is happening at once, like in The World of Atlas!
This would be considered the "main verse" for the world of Atlas, meaning if you're not shipped romantically with a character of mine, you'll be automatically slotted here. The way The World of Atlas is, modern times with supernatural/special abilities themes. My characters are dating/courting/married to their designated partners ( i.e, Rosalie Atlas x Louie Kim ). The timeline can vary based on how old you want the characters.
The college years for The World of Atlas are where each character's story can change. Your character can impact the life of my characters; some may never meet their significant others or rekindle with them. This where romantic ships can start or if you have a character who has a college verse your character and mine could be classmates or even friends!
In this verse, and assuming your character is not shipped romantically with mine, all characters get their happy ending; they are better than they were all those years ago in college, where they were discovering themselves. They've learned from their mistakes, and they are happy. Ideally, characters are 30+ for this, if not older. For those who use real-life fanfics, you will be getting interactions from my characters when they are older and happily married.
This is where the fun begins. For fandoms I know, and even fandoms I do not know. This is where the worlds collide, and we can make something amazing. If your character or the fandom your character is from has special abilities, they are a specific kind of supernatural creature. This is where we'd combine the lore/what is canon! You do not have to make your character within my lore, I try my best to keep everything broad and vague, where there is room to play around with. I do my best to have my characters fit in any world, the only one I am not strong with is hardcore fantasy. For example, if the world your character is from doesn't have technology, this would need to be plotted in depth so we can at least try to make something work.
So, my knowledge of Resident Evil is from RE-6 & 9. I do know the lore of RE7 & 8 because the YouTubers I watch, but being honest, the story didn't appeal to me. I didn't like the characters and didn't really care for the story. HOWEVER, I am not one of those people who will trash a character. I am willing to give EVERYONE a fair shot because we all write characters very differently, and we all have our headcanons and divergencies. It will just take some thinking on my part because I need to know where who will fit where, and what organization. This is one verse where I have no issues taking away the abilities of my characters. If anything, they will keep the jobs/careers they have, or I can put them in an already established organization (i.e, I have Rosalie work for the BSAA as a help desk/IT girl. )
I know this lore like the back of my hand, but I am always picking up new information from the fandom via Twitter(I will not be calling Twitter by it's stripper name). I do not acknowledge the netflix anime, this verse is for specifically the games only. The characters that would work best for this verse are: Berial, Echidna and Dagon. Please note that my Berial, Echidna and Dagon are not the bosses that were Devil May Cry 4, but they were inspired by them. I have ideas on how they came back but I'd rather work with other DMC writers to make this happen. However, other characters are open to plot with freely and openly. And we can discuss about their abilities in depth and what roles they would play.
I would like it known that I have no intentions of making my OCs MC, at least my female OCs. I adore the jobs they have and the abilities I have given them. If anything, my OCs can be NPCs in the canon characters' stories (i.e, Xavier, Zayne, Rafayel, Sylus & Caleb). I understand how deep the development goes with each and every one of these characters when it comes to MC, I will not replace that. I do ship some of the Lis with my female OCs based on what I know of them and read, but I will never force-ship, if anything, I will ask for something pre-established, and by that, I mean the Lis can know the names of my OCs, what they do, and what their abilities are since everyone (from what I gathered) knows what everyone's evols are.
I lean more towards The Originals, but my characters can fit within the world; I will not assume canon characters of this universe know my characters. I can plot with writers about where my OCs could pop up and how my OCs can know the canon characters. When it comes to the novels, I do not know anything about them, but I will read every single headcanon post you make regarding them. In addition, I will not have my OCs be more powerful than The Mikaelsons or Hope Mikaelson. The only thing that is different is my lore on my vampires, I'm down to have Sol 'Levi' Han be a part of that lore; however, with Natalia Andrews, I would need to ask about plotting, since she is a dhampire, and I base her lore and her background loosely around the Netflix Castlevania. Again, plotting will be done for this just so I can have them fit. Otherwise, I would direct you to The World of Atlas x Fandom verse for just a basic thing until we get plotting going.
