• If any of the faceclaims I have for my characters are on your banned FC list, please do not follow me. HOWEVER, if there are SERIOUS allegations against one of my faceclaims, I encourage you to let me know. I do not pay attention to celebrities' lives, and I learn from others. If you have recommendations, I am always open to hearing them. 

• This blog is selective when using icons; sometimes I use them, other times I do NOT. My main focus on this blog is to write. Graphics and icons are a bonus for me.

• Do not follow me if you cast incorrectly for your character, i.e, Lola Tung, a Chinese-Swedish-American, is cast as Belly Conklin for The Summer I Turned Pretty; the fictional character is Korean-American. Do not use incorrect castings when writing with me.

• If you have issues or a problem with me, it would be appreciated if you could bring the concern to me so that I can learn from a mistake and make sure the same issue won't happen to another writer. 

• All lore and worldbuilding is made with the help of my Army mentor, Jay. If you wish to use concepts as a foundation, by all means go ahead; however, please run it by me first. Most of the lore I've created is inspired by media I love and enjoy, and typically, I will credit the original source material. However, when that disclaimer is not given, do not steal headcanons/info bits on my characters since I pull from my real-life experiences and even use my offline friends as inspiration to bring these characters to life. 

• Music is a big inspiration on this blog; however, some songs will include racial slurs (i.e, Denzel Curry, who inspires Tyler Atlas), heavy topics such as suicide and drug use ($uicideboy$, who inspires Louie Kim). If you are not comfortable with Rap, Heavy Metal, and Metalcore, let me know so I can tag it for you. I typically try to keep it clean for the dash, but there is no harm in going the extra step. 

• All of my characters have romantic pairings due to the fact that I am in the process of writing a book series for them. If you are interested in shipping romantically, understand that you and your character will get a verse exclusive. If we start off with the dynamic being platonic and shifts to romantic, please communicate with me beforehand.

• Once again, activity on this blog is low and sporadic. I'm in school full-time, and I view writing as a hobby; we're all online playing Barbies, and I want to have fun. I do not want to perceive this hobby as a job that I am not getting paid for. 

• I do have an interest tracker that you are more than welcome to fill out; HOWEVER, it is COMPLETELY optional for you to fill it out. This just helps break the ice and get ideas going. 

𝐷𝐼𝑆𝐶𝐴𝐿𝐼𝑀𝐸𝑅: It is never my intention to come off as harsh, but I feel as if this needs to be said based on my own personal experience in addition to what I've seen on tumblr dot com. If you'd like more clarification, please message me directly via IM or Discord if you have me on there. 

• When it comes to asks/meme/prompts that are sent to me. I tend to get a lot of those, but never really see any follow-through on the replies. If you do not have any intention of continuing the interaction, please let me know either via message or comment, or if you do want to continue the interaction based on the response my character gives, tag me in a new post with some type of mention (i.e, cont. from here). If you do not want to have an interaction or a thread at this time/you're not in the writing mood, please do not send them. I come on this site to write, worldbuild, and have fun. It is a little disheartening when I get memes, put effort into a reply, and it's not received back. Same for sending memes, but never getting a response. 

• Prompts that are for romantic ships will be treated as a one-shot/chemistry test if we are not shipping characters romantically already. If you like the ship, there is no rush/no pressure to continue the reply from your character's POV. If you like the response, if you feel the sudden muse to reply, please contact me via IM or Discord DMs for plotting opportunities. I do enjoy any and all ships, and sometimes I can see my characters in relationships with others, but I will not force-ship them. We all came here to have fun, and sometimes we need fluff, cutesy, and just lovey-dovey things in our lives. I do not mind being the person that provides that; however, please do not use me/abuse this. If you send a lot of things like this, please have that open line of communication with me so we can discuss and plot things out. Some characters I have are simply too hard to ship with, some need warming up in order to see that side of them, given their backstories and how they perceive love based on their experiences and what they have seen from the outside perspective.  I need this to be taken into consideration; however, we are all grown-ass adults, I'm not going to put a limit on how many you can send. I will just leave it to you to decide how you want to move forward.

• As for interactions, it is one thing to say "we have a dynamic/ship" but it's another to never write the dynamic/ship together. Perhaps this is my own insecurity, but I do not want my characters to be used only for shipping purposes. I have put time and effort into building an entire world/universe for them for stories I want to share with the public. I can completely understand and will never rush replies if you are going through something offline. I have real-life experiences/things that happen in my personal life that can prevent me from writing consistently. I want you to handle that first; just communicate with me so I'm not left in the dark. That is my only ask, and if, for whatever reason, that is too much for you to do, please soft-block me. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, unless we talk consistently or have been writing since the beginning (when the blog was just the three Atlas Siblings). I just want general communication/a show of interest. And if you are stumped and don't know what to do? Please feel out my interest tracker so I can reach out, ask questions, plot etc. I like to believe I have enough information and worldbuilding to collaborate with for plots and crossovers. So please, communicate with me & talk to me so we can have fun together.  

As a disclaimer: I'm pretty sure I do not practice mains & affiliates correctly, but let me get a brief overview of how I do it.

• The way I practice mains correlates to canon characters. Meaning, if my character is talking about a canon character to another character, they are referring to the one I am main with. i.e, Kalmiya Atlas is in a relationship with Cal Kestis, she would be referring to tapalslegacy and no other Cal. However, I have no issues writing with duplicates of characters, but it'd be rare for it to happen. 

• The way I practice affiliates is with another writer, and I have such a good dynamic offline and in character that it goes beyond the Tumblr RPC. It also means that our characters' stories are interlaced to an extent that they form a new storyline for my characters. i.e, Victoria Atlas is shipped with Seonho 'SUN' Kang over at indigodreames, same for Tyler Atlas and their character Jung 'Minnie' Minsoo. In addition to hattitude and their character, Onyx, who is best friends with Tyler Atlas. The character development runs so deep that those characters need to be part of their story. 

• If you wish to be affiliates or mains, always reach out! Chances are, I will say yes. The contract has been signed, and you're stuck with me. Y'know, until otherwise, I will literally not hold you hostage, this is tumblr dot com, it is not that deep. 

• I only write with those who are 18+, 25+ is preffered.

• I only follow those who: I see myself writing with, have a list of rules, a pen name and/or alias, and a decent amount of information for me to ask questions, suggest plotting ideas. It's a bonus if you have worldbuilding that I can read, so I can see how it compares to mine, and we can collaborate on it. 

• This blog does welcome crossovers, creation of new verses etc. Anything that makes it fun, all I ask is that you meet me halfway. 

• IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH SUPERNATURAL THEMES. THIS BLOG IS NOT FOR YOU. I shouldn't have to say it, but the whole purpose of The World of Atlas is exploring supernatural/modern fantasy themes. I like to imagine a world where magic, supernatural creatures, and everything exist in the world we're in today. If you are not interested in these themes for at least one character, do not follow me.

•  If the time comes to where we have to break mutuals, it would be appreciated to at least be given feedback on how I was as a writer. By all means, you are entitled to your space and formatting it to your liking. I would just appreciate it to be given a heads up and maybe, by your good graces, a conversation on how to be better. I am human, I make mistakes, and the last thing I want to do is hurt someone and ruin a fun hobby for someone. 

• As stated before: All characters have already established romantic connections. Some characters have ships with other writers (i.e, Victoria, Tyler, and Kalmiya Atlas, Donatello King, and Harrison Blackwood). This blog does NOT condone cheating, and all romantic ships will take place in a verse on its own. As for platonic ships, the more the merrier! Platonic ships are the main focus of this blog.

• Pre-established dynamics are heavily encouraged on this blog since some characters are hard to interact with without a plot (i.e, Louie Kim, Victoria Atlas, Trevor Sinclair, Donatello King, Demon King Dagon). By pre-established dynamics, I mean it is okay to use the information I have listed in the GENERAL INFORMATION and PHYSICAL APPEARANCE & ATTIRE sections on each character to be used in: starters and responses to memes. At the very least, our characters can be acquainted with one another. 

• This blog does accept most dynamics, excluding abusive/toxic ones. Some of my characters will be morally grey, but they will never cross the boundary of abuse. I do not want to write abuse coming from my characters, and I do not want my characters to be abused. The thin grey line is enemies to lovers, but that will have to be plotted in depth, so there is no room for miscommunication.
