Students will be happy to meet with you and answer questions outside the Black Box Theater. 

The Walton Theater Program offers classes in Acting and Technical Theater, giving students the chance to explore every aspect of performance and production. After school, students can shine in our fall musical, spring play, and a variety of other productions throughout the year. As members of the International Thespian Honor Society, we celebrate and induct new members each spring. Our Drama students also travel to workshops and masterclasses with industry professionals in exciting destinations like New York City, Orlando, Spain, and London. We have received 28 nominations, 21 honorable mentions and garnered 3 wins at the Georgia High School Musical Theater Awards. We’re equally proud of our talented alumni who have turned their passion into professional success — including Allie Hagan (film/TV writer), Charlie Duncan (film/TV/stage costumer), Tyler Crow (Broadway stage manager), Katie Hollenshead, Shelby Holihan, and Jelani Winston (actors in film, TV, and stage), Christian Arredondo (Broadway actor), Kathryn Francisco (singer), and Connor Reed (musician/ artist), among many others.
