Begin opening the thumb, first finger, second finger, etc. as you breathe in -- stretch your arms long, forward and out to the side. Exhale reversing the movement -- pinky, ring finger, middle finger, etcc.
Open and close fists with the breath. Alternate thumb out and in, working both sides of the brain.
Chair -- Down Dog, Stork, Twist with Stork, Banana, Standing Camel
