ONLINE BILL PAY

The Office of the Clerk-Fiscal Officer handles and processes all payments to the Village of Rutland. For those seeking an alternative to in-person or mail payments, the Village of Rutland offers an Online Bill Pay service. To remit payment of a municipal fee, fine or tax, click the box to the right. Receipts for payment are issued and filed by the Clerk's Office; however, are not mailed. To request a mailed receipt, notify the Clerk-Fiscal Officer by calling (740) 742-2121, extension 1000 during regular business hours. Those remitting online payments will receive a payment submission confirmation email upon successful payment.
