Online Docket and eJournal

The Rutland Mayor's Court Online Docketing and Ticket Payment System contains the docket of all cases filed with and adjudicated by the Court and provides a medium by which online payments of fines and costs may be submitted and processed.

Cases may be accessed via search function in the Online Docketing and Ticket Payment System, which provides the case number, name of the defendant, offenses charged, fine and cost amounts due and timestamped docket entries.

The Rutland Mayor's Court e-Journal contains all entries of motions filed with and orders decreed by the Court and provides a medium by which case records may be remotely accessed, downloaded and printed.

It is important to note, however, the e-Journal does not contain scanned records of witness statements; duplicates of evidence, including photographs; complaints and summonses; traffic tickets; official correspondence and notices; or payment and receipt records; nor does it contain any entries signed and filed prior to January 1, 2025.

Records not entered into the e-Journal may be accessed by contacting the Clerk of Court's Office via the contact information provided.
