The Village Clerk-Fiscal Officer provides public notice of all executive orders, ordinances and resolutions. These public notices are communicated through a posting in the Rutland Civic Center-Village Hall, as well as businesses located within the Village of Rutland; and are made available through this Public Notice Portal. Public notices are posted to the Public Notice Portal the week of adoption of each executive order, ordinance and resolution. To view a public notice, click the appropriate type of public notice desired for review. It is important to note, however, public notices dated prior to January 1, 2020, are not currently published online.
