The Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services provides scheduling services and leases for municipal-owned facilities and spaces. The Venue Portal provides booking information for the Rutland Civic Center, Sammy Robinson Field and James Vennari Park. Time slots which are listed in the below portal indicate an unavailable reservation period. To ascertain space availability, select the space utilizing the Filters option. To make a reservation, please contact the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, or the Office of the Clerk-Fiscal Officer, by calling (740) 742-2121, extension 1003, or (740) 742-2121, extension 1000, on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
