Rutland Land Usage Code
The Rutland Land Usage Code, codified under Title 15 of the Rutland Municipal Code, provides regulation for commercial development in the Village of Rutland. The following chapter(s) apply to the construction and expansion of all commercial, or non-residential, buildings within the Village of Rutland.
Ohio Board of Building Standards Rules
The Ohio Board of Building Standards Rules, codified under Chapters 4101:1 through 4101:10 of the Ohio Administrative Code, provides regulation for the construction and renovation of commercial, or non-residential, buildings within the State of Ohio.
