Based on my experience from the subject that we created a lesson plan when designing curriculum and planning lessons, I should always start by identifying the learning goals and objectives that I want my students to achieve. This helps me create an effective, engaging curriculum that meets my students' needs.

As I design my lesson plan, I make sure that it is flexible and adaptable so that I can adjust it to meet the changing needs of my students. I also consider the needs of diverse learners and ensure to include various teaching strategies and resources to support their learning.

To ensure that my lesson plan is effective, I organize the topics and activities logically, ensuring everything builds on one another. I also carefully consider the pacing of the curriculum, giving my students enough time to master the content. This way, it allows me to make sure that my curriculum meets the needs of my students and helps them achieve their learning goals.
