P1A focused on understanding the site and its urban context through site visits, observations, research and townscape analysis. The study explored the site's character, identity, sense of place, activities and surrounding context to identify key opportunities and constraints that could inform the design direction. 

outcome

The findings from the site analysis were translated into a clear design direction and programme. The study helped identify the needs of the users and the potential of the site, providing a foundation for developing responsive architectural and place-making strategies for the project.
