Project 1A

brief

This phase served as the foundation for Project 1B and 1C by building a clear understanding of the site’s physical setting and social dynamics. We carried out on-site investigations through direct observation, documentation, and interaction with the local community. Our methods ranged from sketches and diagrams to photography, videos, sound recordings, and simple interviews. We also referred to secondary data from relevant local authorities.

This project involved analysing the site's environmental and contextual needs, then applying those insights to develop sustainable design ideas. I explored how architecture can respond poetically to its natural and built surroundings, creating spaces that are both functional and meaningful.
