uӠa Week 2024
An organisation that focusses on fun, friendship and learning for positive ageing, Upholland & District u3a is holding an event to showcase the exciting activities available to members.
Upholland & District u3a has more than 50 groups to get involved in – from Art to Pickleball to Ukelele.
21 – 28 September is u3a Week, an annual event which showcases the activities, learning and fun which takes place across the movement every day.
Many of the organisation’s 400,000 members across the country are taking part and will be on hand to discuss how the u3a movement has positively impacted
their lives. There will be information stands at various locations throughout the area from 21st to 26th September. Look out for one near you.
On Saturday 28th September there'll be an Open Day at St Teresa's Hall 12.30pm to 3pm where you can try out some of the activities available or just stop by for a chat.
