To understand the delegation process, you can either follow the step-by-step instructions below or view these two example videos: Requesting Delegation and Approving Delegation.

Click on the notification bell in the upper right corner of your screen to be taken to the Control Center.
Click on My Action's ˅ arrow.
Click on "Business Processes"and then on "Manager Delegation."
Here, you will see many different reporting options grouped by function.
A pop-up will appear on the right side of your screen. Click "Create New Delegation," and "Next" (see image below).
Click on the manager's name for whom you want to delegate.
Please note that the names are not searchable. You will have to scroll through the names to make your selection.
Fill in the rest of the details and click "Submit."
After doing this, if you click "Refresh" within your browser, you will see any pending delegations within the Control Center (see image below for example).
If a manager has received a delegation request, the manager will need to either accept or deny the request. You can watch this video starting at the 2:35 mark for specifics on how to do this.
Click on the notification bell in the upper right corner of your screen (you will need to refresh your browser for this to show).
Click on the tile with the task assignment in your Control Center.
You will then be taken to your Control Center (see below).
You will need to "check" off the task.
The details of the delegation will show on the right of the screen.
Select "Accept" or "Reject" the delegation.
Click "Submit."
After accepting the delegation, you will need to log out and log back into your account for the delegation to take effect.
Click on the three lines in the upper left hand corner.
You will then be able to click the ˅ arrow beside your name.
Here, you can select the delegated role (see image to the right), and be able to act as that person.
This is how you switch between roles.
