Click the ˅ arrow in the reason box of the My Time Off tile.
Then, scroll down to click on "PTO."
Click in the "Dates" box to select the date for which you are requesting PTO.
Click Submit.
Optional: If you click on "Advanced Options," you will receive additional options (see right image).
You have many more options here, so it is easier to make a mistake. If you choose to go through the Advanced Options, make sure you are precise with your selections. After making your selections, click "Submit."
If you select the "Hours" option, you will type in the start time of your PTO and the duration, or length, of the PTO time you are wanting to take.
If you select the "Full" or "Half" option, you must already have a schedule in the system for the day you selected, or it will cause a zero.
After you submit a PTO request, a notification will pop up at the top right corner of your screen. You can locate this notification by clicking on the "bell."
Once you click the "bell," you will see the screen to your right with all of your notifications.
If you click "View All," you will be able to see all of your notifications and PTO requests.
You can also see your requests and notifications on the My Notifications tile that is located on the far right of the home screen.
Click "My Requests" to go to the Control Center.
Once you are in the Control Center, make sure you click the ˅ arrow and check the "All Status" option to see all of your requests.
Then, you will be able to see the Request Status for all of your PTO requests (see right image).
You will want to stay in the Control Center to cancel your PTO.
Select the checkbox of the the request you would like to cancel.
Then, click the "Cancel" button in the upper right corner (see right image).
A pop up will appear on the right side of the screen asking you to confirm the cancellation, and you will receive a "Success" message once the PTO has been successfully cancelled.
