What does Commencement/graduation mean to you?

This graduation mean the world to me because now I can finally look up and tell my grandma I did it. It was a long hard journey for me personally but I never gave up because god is on my side! 

Did you have to overcome any difficult challenges during your education to make it to graduation? If so, what were they?

The most difficult challenge that I had to overcome during my education to make it to graduation was trying to make sure everything fit into my schedule. Maintaining a job that requires a lot, along with making sure my homework and work is completed for school , and still having a social life all while you are tried. 

What has your experience at NLU been like?

My experience at NLU had been wonderful. My advisor has been absolutely amazing. He has been nothing but patient and helpful while working with me. I know sometimes I’m not the easiest person to deal with because I ask a lot of questions but it was no doubt that he wouldn’t be able to provide the answer. Thank Andrew Roh! 

What are your plans for the future?

My plan for my future would be to first get a little more experience in an actual school setting for a few years and than open up my own daycare center.
