What does Commencement/graduation mean to you?

Commencement means I have accomplished one of my many goals. It means that I am moving forward in life showing my family what I am capable of! 

Did you have to overcome any difficult challenges during your education to make it to graduation? If so, what were they?

I had to overcome many difficult challenges during my education time to make it to where I am now but nothing was impossible with NLU as they always provided me with the help and support I needed. I had to overcome personal health issues including surgeries while carrying and bringing my first born to the world. These were challenges that were understood by NLU and still supported to chase my dreams! 

What has your experience at NLU been like?

My experience at NLU has been wonderful, everyone is very helpful and supportive. The online platform is very easy to manage and keep up with, it is organized and the best thing is that you can go at your own pace when you have to continue your daily routines. 

What are your plans for the future?

My plans for the future are to continue chasing my dreams and continuing my education until I make it to the last degree so my daughters can see that it is possible all they have to do is TRY!
