Admins are unpaid learning volunteers who manage things around in the group. It does not mean we are higher than you, we just create a service convenient for everyone, so do not hesitate to ask questions. If you don't like something or need help - feel free to contact us, but don't overuse it.
Please respect the time and effort that admins put into the group. If you have any misunderstandings, suggestions, constructive criticism, etc. - write us directly on our accounts and we'll be happy to help you.
If you have a major problem with a member who is bothering you and you have clear evidence of this, then the member will be flagged and asked to stop. We are not interested in making a public calls out, unless it could seriously harm other people (e.g. cases of art theft, tracing, threats, harassment, etc). Even in this case, calling it out is the last thing we'll do, we'll be more interested in trying to resolve the conflict harmlessly, only involving sides that are part of the conflict. However, we would highly appreciate you to not to bring drama to the group.
Tips and warnings are two different things. Don't be afraid to get a note from the group unless you know you've done something seriously wrong. Admins will often send out tips to users to avoid spoiling their work, to help them with something, or to show them the correct way to do something.
If the user causes damage, he will receive 3 warnings and if it happens again, he will be banned from the group.
If your art is under suspicion of the tracing, the admins will note you. In this case, by the admin's demand, you must show your work in process and reference the picture/photo used for the piece. The inability to provide either of them will cause the entry disqualification. If the admins considered the art as traced but it wasn't, you may appeal again and prove it by any means.
