Registration happens in #name-change channel on Discord

Have you ever met an urge to change the dog's name but you're afraid that all the previous results under the previous name will not work anymore? Good news for you then! We created a registration for this purpose. Now the admins can check if it was the same dog via the registration.

Rules

•You can miss the fields if you don't have anything to fill them with. 

•Stick to the general "common sense" rules as you re-name the dog.

•The dog must be the same breed and sex as before. 

•The reference information must include the old and the new name.
