Note-taking
Project #1
Project #1
Hi there! I want to talk about what the note-taking video made me think. Since it was my first introduction to the idea, I initially believed the technique to be lot more complicated than it is.
I thought that taking notes would be difficult, but writing in full is not the best way. I realized that I should use symbols for common words and this helps me write faster and allows me to focus more on the important content of the lecture. The symbols are primarily for handwritten notes, but can also be used while taking notes on a computer.
Taking thorough notes enables you to have a permanent record of important details that you may utilize for exam revision and to include into your own writing. Taking thorough, accurate notes also lowers the possibility of plagiarism. It makes it easier for you to identify the sources of your ideas as well as how and what you believe about them.
Finally, I would say note-taking is a multifaceted skill that goes beyond simply transcribing information. It is an active process that enhances comprehension, aids in organization, and contributes to effective communication and collaboration. Developing effective note-taking habits can significantly impact your academic and professional success.
¡Hola!
