GRAY CHATS
GRAY CHATS
When handling multiple chats, always follow this priority order:
🔴 RED (High Priority) – Messages waiting 30+ minutes
🟢 GREEN – Current unanswered chats
⚪ GRAY – Answered chats that need a fresh reply
➡️ Never let a user wait over 30 minutes — these chats become RED and must be answered first.
Managers write when we have a queue — that means it's time for you to work more!
More active chats = more replies ➕ good RR ➕ good salary ✅
GRAY chats are conversations that have already been replied to but may still require your attention.
You answer them ONLY when there are no GREEN chats left.
Because of inactivity.
⏱️ If you're inactive for 5 minutes, you're automatically logged out, and your chats are transferred to another operator.
So, the more frequently and longer you're out of the system, the more GRAY chats you'll receive when you return.
GRAY chats are just as important — or even MORE important — than GREEN chats.
A user may have stopped replying because:
They were bored
Your last message lacked engagement
The conversation didn’t feel personal
So, your next message needs to stand out. Use your creativity, emotion, and interest.

🧠 Remember
GRAY chats are an opportunity to re-engage the user — not a burden.
Put effort, emotion, and imagination into your responses.
A thoughtful, personalized message can revive a conversation and turn it into a strong connection.
