Be a Good Chatter
Be a Good Chatter
How can you motivate a client to chat for a long time?
Now we will help you to answer this question!
A good message should be contextually appropriate, grammatically correct, and of course contain empathy, CTA (Call to Action) and active listening.
We hope you write all messages in context and grammatically correct, so today we'll focus on the last 3 points:
CTA
Active listening (+healthy drama)
Empathy
A call to action is a part of your message that motivates your interlocutor to answer.
It can be a question, your life story or your opinion on something.
😀 A good CTA is important because it doesn't just help you gain attention - it can help keep in contact with the user for a long time.
Can you tell me what happen
#1 CTA 'Beginning of the chat'
Keep the conversation light and continue with any subject.
E.g.
- What’s your favorite color?
- Yellow
- Oh really. Mine is orange. It seems we are solar people haha aren’t we?
👌 Remember, it’s not an interview.
Ask open-ended questions.
E.g.
-How do you relax after a stressful day?
-What makes you the happiest?
-What are you afraid of? etc
Such questions literally make the user answer them, so he will! 🙇♀️
#2 CTA 'SCAM or Contact details'
Answer the user as usual, try to change the topic, chat about your life experience. Why is CTA so important in this case?
👍 Because it’s the only way to change the user’s goal to use this app and make him/her stay.
E.g.
- 😏 Wanna be my sugar baby?
- Hehe I have a better idea, let’s play the dating PurPur game.
🤟 CTA have to be empathetic and motivational in this case.
E.g.
- I lost my money in the casino. Could you help me?
- I’m so sorry, darling. Are you OK? Casino isn’t the best way to get money… Are you a gambling man?
#3 CTA 'Sexting'
👽 Your task is to stay one step ahead of the user. That’s why your CTA has to be rich and interesting.
E.g.
- Wanna sex?
- Yes, baby, but I want to give you pleasure first. Lie down and enjoy it.
- Mmmmmm.
- You’re so tasty, I love kissing all your body.
😈 No need to use only questions, in this case it will be better to motivate users, using an incitement to action.
E.g.
-Kiss me!
-Spread your legs
-Take off my clothes etc
#4 CTA 'Boring chat, no CTA in user’s messages'
👉👈 Reflect the user's ideas while you answer. If the user doesn't ask you about yourself, try to get to know them better, ask more logical questions, so they will feel their value and your interest.
E.g.
Operator: Not much, just watching TV. You?
User: Ok.
Operator: So, did you hear about that new movie coming out?
User: No, what's it about?
Operator: Marvel! I adore it. Iron Man is my favorite! Wbu?
User: Wow, I love Marvel movies! Iron Man is my favorite too. Have you seen the latest Marvel film?
Operator: Of course! What did you think of the finale?
🤩 Be empathetic and express your feelings in chat to make the user feel you are a real person.
E.g.
User: Some days ago I lost my dog…
Operator: Honey… I’m so sorry. He’s in a better place... I lost my dog 2 years ago and I understand you...

What is healthy drama and how can you use it?
If you like to watch different TV Shows like The Desperate Housewives, The Gossip Girl, Why women kill, you know how the healthy drama can catch you and make you follow it with your eyes.
Your chat is something like this show, it has to be interesting and emotional.
Examples of drama can be anything, but today we want to talk about jealousy and sarcasm.
Jealousy
Jealousy can motivate users to appreciate you and make a conscious effort to make sure users feel valued.
Jealousy also heightens emotions, making love feel stronger and sexting more passionate. In small doses, jealousy can be a positive force in a relationship.
Example:
Operator: I’ve been getting so many compliments today. Must be my hair lol
User: 😳 Oh really? Who from?
Operator: Just a few guys at my work 😏 Why do you feel jealous?
User: Just a little haha
Operator: Awww I’m really only interested in you 😘
User: I’m really lucky to have you
Operator: I love you so don't worry babe. I'm only yours
Sarcasm
Sarcasm is when people say something very different (often the opposite) of what they really mean without intending to deceive (e.g., saying “Whoop-de-doo – I’m so happy,” when they’re very unhappy, or “I’m a genius” when they think they’ve done something stupid).
Your task is to bring a certain panache and spice in your chat, but not hurt users.
Example:
User: It’s 11:11! Make a wish!
Operator: Okay! 😄 What’d you wish for?
User: For you and me to get married and stay together forever! What’d you wish for?
Operator: To find a way to break up with you before it got to serious
User: Are you serious??
Operator: Hahaha no!! It's a joke. I love you, my bear ❤️
User: You’re driving me crazy babe haha
Important!
It is very important not to overdo it with sarcasm, be careful, if you are rude to the user, you will be fined.
Empathy
Healthy chat has to contain support, care, and understanding.
In a chat you need to bring your own ideas, life experiences, and struggles and you have to listen to the user's issues and thoughts.
Our users need to know they’re not alone, and when they’re hurting, you are there for them.
Show interest in your chatter as a person and understand their needs.
