Big Change!Β
Very soon, Audio Messages will be available for 100% of our users. However, this option will remain unavailable for most animators.Β
Thatβs why itβs crucial for you to know how to handle usersβ requests for audio messages effectively. π€©
Why Did We Add Audio Messages? π€
More Natural Communication: Audio messages feel more genuine and lively π
Personal Touch: It's important and pleasant to hear your conversation partner's voice π£οΈ
This is what we have added the audiomessages to MCH! π
Limited Animator Access:
We are gradually adding audio message functionality to new animators, but currently, only 10 animators have access to this feature.
Handling Client Requests:
Itβs essential to understand how to respond when users request audio messages from animators who donβt have this option.
Ensure users feel heard and provide alternative solutions to keep them engaged.
π«
When a user requests an audio message from an animator who doesnβt have the option (which applies to most animators, as only 10 currently have this feature), itβs essential to respond thoughtfully and professionally. Your reply should feel personal and sincere, tailored to the specific conversation.
Understand the Userβs Perspective: Acknowledge their request and show understanding.
Provide a Reason: Use one of the examples below as inspiration, but make sure to personalize it. Copy-pasting is prohibited to ensure replies feel genuine.
Keep the Conversation Engaging: Offer alternative ways to connect (texting) with the user.
1. Environmental Constraints π
"Iβm in a crowded place right now, so recording isnβt possible."
"The background noise here is too loud; it wouldnβt sound good."
"Iβm in a meeting and canβt speak at the moment."
2. Health and Physical Conditions π€
"I have a sore throat and canβt speak clearly today."
"Iβm feeling a bit too tired to record an audio right now."
"Iβm stressed and canβt concentrate enough to speak."
3. Technical Issues βοΈ
"My microphone isnβt working properly right now."
"My phone has issues with audio recordingsβit keeps shutting down."
"I need to save battery power, and recording would drain it too quickly."
4. Time Constraints β±οΈ
"Iβm multitasking and canβt focus on speaking clearly at the moment."
"Iβm in a hurry and donβt have time to record right now."
"I need a little more time to compose my thoughts."
5. Privacy and Comfort π
"Iβm shy about sharing my voice with others."
"I prefer keeping things written for clarity and comfort."
"Iβm just not comfortable recording my voice at the moment."
6. Communication Preferences βοΈ
"I prefer communicating through text; itβs easier for me to express myself that way."
"I feel more comfortable writing than speaking."
These examples are meant for inspiration only. Do not copy-paste them directly.
Always adapt your response to the tone and context of the conversation to keep it natural.
π’ How to Identify if an Animator Doesnβt Have the Audio Messages Feature ποΈ
If youβre unsure whether an animator has access to the audio messages feature, hereβs how to check:
The audio messages icon is located near the icons for photos, gifts, and PurPur cards in the chat interface.
If the icon is missing, it means the animator does not have the audio messages feature enabled.
Audiomessages are recorded in 14 categories for each animator:
About me.
Basic question.
Calm down.
Compliment.
Day off.
Defence.
Hobbies story.
Love you.
Miss you.
Perfect date.
Personal story.
Retention.
Thanks.
What's up.

How to send an audiomessage? π
In the chat where you can send a voice message, you'll see the corresponding icon next to GIFs, photos, and purple cards π£οΈπΈπ
When you tap the audio icon, a list of audio messages with categories and text transcriptions will appear π§π
Choose an audio message that is appropriate to the topic. It is important that all messages are sent in context!
By tapping "Send," the window closes, and the audio is sent π€β
Tapping play/pause starts or pauses playback βΆοΈβΈοΈ You can listen to audio.
But we recommend doing so only in exceptional cases. As we wrote above, each voice has a text, and it is much faster to work with text. So we recommend to read audiomessages.

βοΈ
If the audio cannot be sent to a particular user, it won't appear in the list π«π
What to Do If a User Sends You an Audiomessage? π
You will see the text transcription of an audiomessage. You can also listen to it by pressing the audio button below the text. However, we don't recommend doing this to save time.
It's better to read the audio message ππβ³
Respond to a message. Your reply can be either text or another audiomessage.
It's important that the response is relevant to the context π¬ποΈβ
*fines will be imposed for incorrect use of audio messages

What it looks like in MCH
Why Is It Important to Use This Feature? π
Such communication feels livelier and more natural, which means you'll receive more replies π¬β¨π°
What to Write If a User Requests an Audio Message, But the Suitable Audio Is Not Available or the Animator Hasn't Added Audio Messages? π
You have to write your reason for not sending audiomassege. Some examples are here:
You are in a crowded and noisy place ποΈπ
You are not feeling well at the moment and prefer not to record an audio message π€
You are not comfortable with the way your voice soundsπ€π
You are busy with something right now, (like watching a movie, and canβt record an audio message) π¬πΏ
You are having technical issues with your phone or laptop π±π»π§
Coping and pasting these variants is prohibited!
They are only given as an example!
Make up your own reasons depending on the context in a chat π
Note: This is Just an Experiment for now! π§ͺ
Currently, only a small number of animators have access to voice messages.
However, we are confident that this feature will become popular among our users. As it gains traction, we will add more voice messages and expand the number of animators who can use them.
As this feature develops we will update this block and of course notify you in the telegram channel!
So stay turned! π
We remind you how important it is to write good messages, and good messages are good if they are written in context, grammatically correct, contain CTA and empathy!Β π«
Now it is an experiment and this update is not available in every chat.
Take a test to reinforce your knowledge. π€©
