They contain:
Personal information (name, age, location, etc.)
Current situation (mood, important events, life updates, etc.)

On the left or right of the chat body.
🤖 System-added notes come with a bot emoji.
👤 Manually added notes by operators have no emoji.
Because you're chatting with different people, it's easy to forget important details.
