Welcome to your Co-Pilot Re-Training!
Our new Co-Pilot is smarter, faster, and better than ever before, designed to make your work easier and more efficient. Let's dive into how it works, why it's crucial, and the rules for using it effectively.
We’ve launched an exciting new feature—integrating AI into your everyday workflow!
With Co-Pilot’s advanced technology, operators now have access to intelligent suggestions that simplify your tasks and ensure better responses with minimal editing.

😍
Rather than creating your own versions of messages from scratch, focus on editing the suggested variants, as this ensures a quicker and higher-quality correction of co-pilot messages.

Incorporating AI into your work is a game-changer:
🔹 Increased Efficiency: AI streamlines your tasks, helping you respond quickly and accurately.
🔹 Improved Accuracy: AI minimizes mistakes and ensures alignment with communication rules.
🔹 Enhanced Quality: Co-Pilot empowers you to craft meaningful, engaging responses effortlessly.
On our project, AI isn’t just a tool—it’s your partner in delivering exceptional chats!
👉
Here’s how Co-Pilot integrates into your workflow:
1️⃣ AI Analyzes Chats: Co-Pilot reviews the conversation and generates several response options.
2️⃣ Operator Action Required: Choose the most suitable reply and, if needed, make minor adjustments to improve it.
How it works in Mch
1️⃣ Enter a chat where the last message is from user;
2️⃣ You see several (1-3) response options generated by AI;
3️⃣ Select the best response option and makes corrections if needed;
4️⃣ Send a reply;
5️⃣ Press the "Next Chat" button and moves to the next chat.
Main Rules for Using Co-Pilot Replies:
🔍 When to Send a Reply Without Changes:
If more than one option is suitable, pick the best one according to our general communication rules and send it.
If only one option fits the context, send it without changes.
✍️ When to Edit a Reply:
The reply lacks a Call-to-Action (CTA).
The reply doesn’t show enough empathy or emotional connection.
The reply could be more personal by adding a name or pet name.
The reply can be more engaging by adding extra details or creativity.
There’s a contextual mistake or error in the reply.
Our new Co-Pilot is a significant upgrade, making your work smoother and more efficient. It’s designed to reduce your workload and enhance the quality of chats.
📢 However, note that some edits may still be needed, especially when:
The options are not perfectly aligned with our instructions.
A personal touch or creativity can elevate the reply.
By using Co-Pilot effectively, you’re not just following guidelines—you’re creating a better experience for users, boosting your RR and speed, and contributing to the success of our project.
Leverage AI: It’s here to help you, not replace you. Use it to enhance your work.
Pay Attention to Media: Photos, gifts, and cards are powerful tools—use them wisely and in context.
Always Review Before Sending: Ensure the best quality in every response.
It's crucial to read all co-pilot messages carefully as we continue to receive numerous taps on traps, suggesting that some overlook this step.
😇
Additionally, some deliberately select co-pilot messages with zero Call-to-Action (CTA), and we want to emphasize the importance of clarity and motivation in your choices.
🙌
Your attention to detail in this process is vital for maintaining the integrity of our interactions and ensuring a positive user experience.
🙌
To ensure that you are not sending messages randomly, we have also added traps.
What's a Trap?
A Trap is a deliberately incorrect message.
It can only be selected by randomly choosing an AI response. You will receive penalties for selecting traps.
Types of Traps:
We strongly advise you to consider the following types of Co-pilot messages as a potential Trap:
Rude
Passive aggressive
Grammatically wrong
Vain and trivial
Scam-like, bot-like
Abbreviations-only
Ethically wrong
One-worded
0 effort
Loaded with typos
Conversation finishing
Contact exchanging
Emojis-only
and to refrain from editing them
Reminder to create your own message if none of the Co-pilot options are suitable and appropriate
Remember:
In most cases it is easier and faster to edit a co-pilot message rather than creating your own
Remember:
Always read properly co-pilot messages before picking one and after editing it, make sure it’s not a trap
Treat co-pilot messages as your own
AI-Generated Responses:
Choose an answer from the AI.
Edit as needed.
Send the finalized response.
Traps:
Traps are intentionally incorrect messages.
Choosing them incurs penalties, so be cautious.
Hot tips for Traps! 🔥
🔍 Here's tip number 1:
Traps are not present in every chat, and it’s not a 100% probability to encounter a trap. There can only be 1 trap per choice.
A trap is a deliberately incorrect message, often out of context. You can easily recognize Traps and avoid penalties by carefully reading Co-pilot messages. 🕵️♂️
🔍 Tip 2:
Remember, a Trap is a deliberately incorrect but easily recognizable message in Co-Pilot, that was created to strenghten your attention. That will make your job more efficient and elevate Reply Rate for enhanced client satisfaction.
🔍Tip 3: Win and have no doubts!
When in doubt, remember: you need to choose the best response from the options provided and edit it in accordance with our rules (among all - the message should be contextually appropriate, grammatically correct, and also contain empathy, Call to Action, etc).
Since Traps are easily recognized, your attention to details in this process is vital for maintaining the integrity of our interactions and ensuring a positive client experience. ✨
Examples of working with co-pilot
❌ Incorrect work with AI-generated messages
Wrong variant chosen as it is
You: What are you doing?
User: Nothing much of a relaxing day off from work
Variants:
That's good, I'm glad
That's good, I'm glad to hear that
I see, what kind of work do you do?
Variant chosen and sent: That's good, I'm glad to hear that
Why is it wrong?
2 variants didn’t have any call-to-action, while the third one contained it. In this case, it was necessary to choose the variant #3 or edit one of the first ones.
2. Wrong variant when AI message was edited
You: What is your job?
User: Operations manager for a security company.
Variants:
Wow that's interesting, what do you do exactly?
Wow that's interesting, what do you do?
Wow that's amazing, can you tell me more about it?
Variant chosen, edited and sent: Wow that's interesting, do you enjoy it
Why is it wrong?
All variants suggested by AI were suitable, but your colleague decided to edit one of them by removing a proper question and writing another, quite trivial one, without even putting a question mark. Thus your colleague operator only wasted time and got no profit from the new feature.
3. Wrong variant when no variant was chosen
You: Why did you call your dog Max?
User: The Disney character Goofy, his son’s name is Max
Variants:
Goofy is such a funny character, I love him
Goofy is a great name for a dog
I see, that's a great name for him
Own text sent: I am not aware for that,
Why is it wrong?
The variants suggested by AI are good and at least can be edited to become even better. But instead of using them, your colleague decided to write his own reply, without call-to-action, but with grammar and punctuation mistakes.
✔️ Correct work with AI-generated messages
Right variant chosen as it is
You: What’s the breed of your dog in the picture?
User: Pitbull and Alaskan husky, he has the husky eyes
Variants:
Wow, that's a beautiful dog
He looks so adorable, what is his name?
So cute ?
Variant chosen and sent: He looks so adorable, what is his name?
Why is it correct?
This variant suits the context, contains empathy and call-to-action. Your colleague has saved his time by choosing this reply.
2. Right variant when AI message was edited
You: What's up?
User: Just work
Variants:
I hope you're doing well!
I hope you're not working too hard
I'm glad you're in a good mood
Variant chosen, edited and sent: I hope you're not working too hard, what's your job?
Why is it correct?
Your colleague chose the most adequate and empathetic reply and added call-to-action to it.
3. Right variant when no variant was chosen
You: I'll think of that my love I'll let you know if I am available
User: Okay i love you my love
Variants:
Can I ask you something?
Can I ask you a question?
Bye for now my love
Own text sent: I love you too, honey! Do you even know how much?
Why is it correct?
All variants were out of context and lacking empathy, so your colleague created his own proper reply.
