Toyota VIP RS3200 Remote Keyless Security System
There were a few factors that determined whether vehicles got the standard VIP RS3200 , the VIP RS3200 Plus, or the VIP GBS accessory:
If the vehicle did not come from the factory with keyless entry, then the standard VIP RS3200 could be installed at the port or the dealer.
If the vehicle came with factory keyless entry, then it could be upgraded with the VIP RS3200 Plus.
If the vehicle came with a factory theft deterrent system, then it could be upgraded with the VIP Glass Breakage Sensor.
This page covers the port-installed VIP RS3200.
Similar to past VIP Systems, the VIP RS3200 has several characteristics that can help you identify it.
The front driver and passenger window sticker remains the same:

Although an uncommon occurrence, some owners of these Toyota vehicles will remove the stickers on purpose, typically for installing window tint.
In that case, there is one interior feature that is certain to confirm that you have the RS3200- the status indicator/glass breakage sensor or standalone glass breakage sensor:
Scion vehicles also had their own version of the RS3200.

The remote fob transmitters look like this:

Scion VIP RS3200 fobs
NOTE: Toyota VIP RS3200 fobs and Toyota factory keyless entry fobs of this era look very, very similar. The only two differences are the FCC ID and the LED above the Lock button. Only the VIP RS3200 remote has the LED above the Lock button; the factory keyless entry system remote does not have the LED.
The VIP RS3200 is programmed using a series of steps involving the ignition and driver's door.

If you enter your VIN on the Toyota Owners VIN lookup site, you'll see this listed in the PORT OR FACTORY INSTALLED EQUIPMENT list:
Or at least you used to be able to. Toyota recently overhauled their website, which locked the VIN lookup to only users with Toyota Owners accounts. Even after logging in, some of the functionality seems to have been broken. No matter how many port or factory installed equipment a vehicle has, the website you only show you one, and usually the last in the list. I tried telling Toyota about this issue, but either I wasn't clear enough in my wording or they just didn't understand, the issue never got fixed.
