As of 2021, the Land Cruiser, Tacoma and Tundra have an optional VIP GBS accessory kit (now it's just called "Glass Breakage Sensor").
There were a few factors that determined whether vehicles got the standard VIP RS3200 , the VIP RS3200 Plus, or the VIP GBS accessory:
If the vehicle did not come from the factory with keyless entry, then the standard VIP RS3200 could be installed at the port or the dealer.
If the vehicle came with factory keyless entry, then it could be upgraded with the VIP RS3200 Plus.
If the vehicle came with a factory theft deterrent system, then it could be upgraded with the VIP Glass Breakage Sensor.
This page covers the port-installed VIP Glass Breakage Sensor.

There should also be a microphone sensor located somewhere in the interior of your car that looks like one of these:
On the Toyota Owners VIN lookup site, this will be listed in the PORT OR FACTORY INSTALLED EQUIPMENT list:
Or at least you used to be able to. Toyota recently overhauled their website, which locked the VIN lookup to only users with Toyota Owners accounts. Even after logging in, some of the functionality seems to have been broken. No matter how many port or factory installed equipment a vehicle has, the website you only show you one, and usually the last in the list. I tried telling Toyota about this issue, but either I wasn't clear enough in my wording or they just didn't understand, the issue never got fixed.
To test if the system is working properly, first get out of your car. Then, close all the doors, lock them with your key fob, and wait 1 minute for the TDS to arm itself.
After 1 minute passes, repeatedly tap the metal tip of your key against the center of the driver's door window with moderate force.
The alarm should go off. If it doesn't, the sensitivity of the GBS may be too low and need adjusting.
