VIP Keyless Entry System & S1000   (1996-1998)

These two systems are a bit rare, as not too many vehicles were equipped with these options. They were offered from 1996 to 1998. 

There are a couple of different configurations available with these systems:

• The VIP S1000 security system can be installed by itself, acting as a passively-armed alarm system controlled by the ignition. (Eg. 1997 Toyota Corolla)

• The VIP Keyless Entry System can be installed by itself, acting as a standalone keyless entry system with no security functions whatsoever. (Eg. 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser)

• The VIP Keyless Entry System can be installed to work with an existing factory TDS (Theft Deterrent System). (Eg. 1998 Toyota Supra)

• The VIP S1000 security system and VIP Keyless Entry System can be paired with each other to work as a remotely-controlled VIP S1000 security system. (Eg. 1996 Toyota 4Runner)
