Dollface Season 2 : Our favourite Darcy Lewis (MCU) appeared in the first season of Dollface in 2019. She plays the leading character, Jules Wiley, who tries to reconnect with her friends after suffering from a failed relationship. She distanced herself from them to give more focus to her boyfriend. However, she gets dumped by him at the beginning of the show. As a result, she discovers the importance of female friendships.
The show was renewed by Hulu last year. But thanks to COVID, its production work got postponed. Additionally, the fans are seeing no sign of the arrival of the upcoming instalment. It was a huge hit among the viewers despite receiving mixed reviews from the critics. It has also received some criticism regarding its lightweight version of feminism and not concentrating enough on this topic.

We have already shared the synopsis of the show above. Other than that, Jules reconciles with her close friends from college, Madison and Stella. Her co-worker, Izzy, also becomes a part of her life. The last episode displayed Jeremy wanting to get back together with Jules. However, she refuses his offer as she is not interested in distancing herself from her friends again. She also makes amends with all of her friends.
At Colin and Celeste’s wedding, Jules exposes Colin as a cheater. She, along with her gang, sneaks to Los Angeles in their wedding’s car.
What can we expect from Dollface Season 2?
No official plot details have been revealed by the makers yet regarding the second season. Furthermore, we have no information about its trailer and premiere date.
The last episode delivered a heartfelt and satisfying conclusion to the first season. We got to know about Colin’s cheating scandal. Is his affair over with Madison? Or will we still them continuing it in the upcoming instalment? We will see about that in the show.
What will happen to Jules and Jeremy? Will she consider moving with him again? We watched Jeremy offered her the chance to give another chance to their failed relationship in the last episode. Will she go back to him or find someone else better than him?
Stella was also offered a new job in Philadelphia. She showed interest in that opportunity. Will she move there? Even if she does, what will happen to the group? Furthermore, all of them may have made amends with each other. But we can expect some serious clashes among them in the future. Who will star in Dollface Season 2?
We cannot expect the discharge of the second season without its leading star, Kat Dennings. She is definitely going to play the character of Jules alongside her supporting cast again. Additionally, Brenda Song (Madison) and Shay Mitchell (Stella) will return for their respective roles. Some new characters are also reported to join the cast.
The fans witnessed many Hollywood celebrities like Margot Robbie, Macaulay Culkin, Micheal Angarano, Camilla Belle, and many more making cameo appearances in the first season. So, we can expect to see some new guest appearances as well.
When will Dollface Season 2 release?
As of this moment, we have not encountered any official release date of the upcoming Dollface instalment. It was reported to come out in November last year. But due to the adverse effects of the ongoing pandemic, the makers had no choice but to postpone the production work. We can expect it to get delivered by the end of this year. But yeah, it is definitely coming back!
