What levels of investments are we prepared to make and what returns do we expect?
Did we confirm a commonly understood definition and vocabulary among stakeholders
Does our strategy align with institutional goals?
Do we have qualified staff capable to support diverse stakeholder needs?
Do we have support services to support new LT?
How will we identify appropriate LT to develop?
Do we have a stakeholder development program to prepare for implementation?
Do we have user support resources to prepare users for the new LT?
Did we create policies developed around accessibility, copyright, and intellectual property?
Did we develop an evaluation program to assess the impact of the LT?
Did we complete an return on investment (ROI) calculated based on resources dedicated to the LT?
