- Perform a SWOT of the organization
- Identify issues and uncover opportunities - learn more about the problems people face in your organization and consider what your team can do collectively to help.
- Identify patterns - look closely at what team members discovered in their interviews, so as to identify the deeper reasons why people struggle with certain issues.
- Readiness - determine what are the factors that will be critical to focus on example measuring learning technology readiness.(Rohayani, Kurniabudi, & Sharipuddin, 2015).
- Scouting - research emerging trends and ideas in learning technologies, provide a forum for information sharing (Davis, Little, & Stewart, 2008).
