Define the organization's problem -establish key questions to answer through the process.
Identify culture of change - addressing behaviours within the organization
Identify goals of the organization and the project - reach an agreed consensus as a team on the goals to be achieved and the expected timeline in accomplishing such goals.
Revisit goals - frequent check-ins with team goals and make adjustments where needed.
