Dec. 2012: Three papers about an NEM memory by Dr. Do, cross-talk cancellation by Thu Linn, and an ULP SRAM by Yuan Lin have been accepted for the 2013 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS2013) in Beijing, China.
Nov. 2012: Bo Wang presented a CAM-assisted SRAM paper at the Asian Solid-State Circuits Conference 2012 (ASSCC2012).
Nov. 2012: Zhao Chuan presented a paper about circuit aging at the International Soc Design Conference 2012 (ISOCC2012).
Oct. 2012: Dr. Do's paper on bitline boosting techniques was accepted for publication in IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II (TCAS-II).
Sept. 2012: Bo Wang presented an SRAM paper at the European Solid-State Device Research Conference 2012 (ESSDERC2012).
Sept. 2012: Prof. Kim's co-authored paper on Spin-Torque Transfer Magnetic RAMs (STT-MRAMs) was accepted for publication in IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC).
Sept. 2012: Prof. Kim's invited paper and Zhao Chuan Lee's paper titled "NBTI/PBTI-Aware Wordline Voltage Control with No Boosted Supply for Stability Improvement of Half-Selected SRAM Cells" were accepted for the International SoC Design Conference 2012 (ISOCC2012) in Jeju, Korea.
Sept. 2012: Our paper on NEM nonvolatile memory scalability was published in the September issue of IEEE EDL.
Aug. 2012: Bo Wang's paper titled "A 0.2V 16Kb 9T SRAM with Bitline Leakage Equalization and CAM-assisted Write Performance Boosting for Improving Energy Efficiency" was accepted for the Asian Solid-State Circuits Conference 2012 (A-SSCC2012) in Kobe, Japan.
Aug. 2012: Our paper on NEM nonvolatile memory was published in the August issue of IEEE EDL.
July 2012: Anh Tuan Do and Bo Wang presented their works at the Asia Symposium on Quality Electronic Design 2012 (ASQED2012).
June 2012: Aung Myat Thu Linn's paper on high-speed data link for 3DICs was published in IEEE JETCAS.

June 2012: Qi Li's paper titled "A 5.61 pJ, 16 kb 9T SRAM with Single-ended Equalized Bitlines and Fast Local Write-back for Cell Stability Improvement" was accepted for the European Solid-State Device Research Conference 2012 (ESSDERC2012) in Bordeaux, France.
May 2012: Prof. Kim presented a circuit reliability paper at the IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems 2012 (ISCAS2012).
May 2012: Anh Tuan Do's paper on data retention time characterization and Bo Wang's paper on SRAM energy efficiency were accepted for the Asia Symposium on Quality Electronic Design 2012 (ASQED2012) in Penang, Malaysia.
