Learners to find and write down the items matching the descriptions.

Mae’r athrawes yn rhoi cyfarwyddiadau fesul llinell ac mae’r plant yn tynnu llun yr hyn maen nhw’n ei glywed h.y. “Mae sgwâr mawr, coch yn y canol.”

The teacher gives instructions line by line and the children draw what they hear i.e. “Mae sgwâr mawr, coch yn y canol.”  

Bydd angen sgarff neu adnodd arall y gellid ei droi yn siapau ar y disgyblion.  Bydd yr athro yn rhoi cyfarwyddiadau i’r disgyblion i greu siâp arbennig gyda’u hadnodd arbennig nhw. Mae enghreifftiau isod:

The children will need a scarf or another resource that they can use to create shapes.  The teacher will give instructions to the pupils in order to create a shape with their resource. There are examples below:

Defnyddio'r eirfa (lliwiau, siapau a maint) i ddisgrifio darn o gelf a thrafod y gwahaniaeth rhwng ffigurol a haniaethol.  Gan ddefnyddio siapiau plastig 2D fel stensil, dysgwyr i greu llun ei hun sy’n ffigurol neu haniaethol.  Wedyn, trafod y siapiau, lliwiau a maint a ddefnyddiwyd gyda’i partner.

Use the vocabulary (colours, shapes and sizes) to describe a piece of art and discuss the differences between figurative and abstract art.  Learners to create their own pieces of, either figurative or abstract, art, using plastic 2D shapes as stencils.  Then, discuss the shapes, colours and sizes they used with their partner.
