Understanding Transition and what it means for your child can be overwhelming. Join others as we share the main components of Transition, how to prepare, what agencies mean and other important areas. Examples will be shared. Appropriate for all ages, emphasis on 14-21.

Buddy Ball, an adaptive sports program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges, is free to all participants. There is no age limit for participating.
Games: baseball, kickball, and/or wiffle ball.
