Tell your family about your feelings- A time you have felt sad, happy, worried, angry, embarrassed, confused etc.
Explain why you might have felt this way
Work through your feelings activity booklet- You could be working on this for a few weeks- If you do not have a printer pick some activities from it to do into your copy.
4. Feelings game- Act out or mime certain feelings for your family- Get them to try and guess which feeling you are acting out.
