Middle School Consolidated Program Requests

Description of Process from OSDA Policies & Procedures

For schools enrolling students in grades 6, 7, and 8 (Middle Schools) the membership fee shall be $50. Students from more than one school may not compete on the same team unless approved by the OSDA in accordance with the following:

1. Schools enrolling grades 6, 7 and 8 may combine students from two or more schools within the same non-public or public school district to form a team.

2. Requests for permission to combine students from two or more schools in the same non-public or public school system must be submitted annually to the OSDA in writing by the superintendent, or administrative equivalent, of the non-public or public school system by November 1. This must include the name of the schools being consolidated, the name of the principal, name of the consolidated school and the complete address of the coach responsible for the combined team.

3. The membership fee for a consolidated Middle School Member School shall be $50.
