Winning Orations
Overview
The Ohio Speech & Debate Association (formerly The Ohio High School Speech League) annually publishes "Winning Orations" which contain the scripts written and presented by the Finalists and Semi-Finalists in Original Oratory at the OSDA State Finals. In competing with these materials at the BQS, District and State Tournaments, the competitors and coaches agreed to the following:
By submitting this manuscript to the OSDA, the coach certifies that the above named student is the author of this oration and that this oration complies with the format as established in the Ohio Speech & Debate Association’s manuals.
By submitting this manuscript to the OSDA, the student hereby gives permission to the Ohio Speech & Debate Association to publish this oration.
The OSDA is making these publications available for educational purposes and as considerations for use in Declamation.
