Judy Watson is the Librarian. We first meet her in the Fall of 1987, as a friend of Penny Nixon, in MBTHP.

She continues as the Librarian in 1996. We encounter her again in "Christmas at the Homeplace" working with Brian and Jennifer on the local history section documentation.
